2. Analysis of Stereotypes and Oppression (20 points): Identify stereotypes and forms of
oppression affecting the population. Analyze the impacts of these stereotypes and
oppressions on members, considering aspects such as quality of life, psychosocial
wellbeing, family functioning, socioeconomic status, etc. (approximately 1.5-2 pages).
3. Identification of Strengths (15 points): Identify at least three strengths of population
members, including coping strategies, cultural traditions, etc. (approximately 1-1.5
pages).
4. Best Practices (50 points): Identify two best practices from academic literature aimed at
enhancing social work practice with members of the chosen population (approximately
2.5-3 pages).
5. Formatting Requirements (5 points): Ensure the paper is typed using 12-point font,
double-spaced, with one-inch margins. Follow APA 7th edition format. Papers must be
approximately 6-8 pages in length (excluding the cover page and references).
