You are the Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO) at an Indian kitchen appliances company which owns a portfolio of global brands. Your company operates six manufacturing plants in India, one in the UK, and one in Canada. Your company is in the process of acquiring one of your main competitors, a Spanish company with three factories in Spain, one in the UK and one in Belgium.
