An ideal project presentation should include:
3 to 6 minutes in length
an introduction slide
an agenda slide
overview of each section (project charter, work breakdown structure, Gantt Chart, project budget information, risk management, etc.)
summary slide
a ‘Questions & Answers’ slide
While PowerPoint slides should only contain brief statements and/or simple images, you should provide the script details of each slide using the Notes pane of PowerPoint since this will be audio recorded/presented in the future.
Note: I will provide you with some materials of Scope Statement, Project Budget Information, Risk Management, and screenshots of the Smartsheet that contain project information. Please fulfill the remaining requirements ex: Project Charter.
