A section that discusses whether the criminal justice policy or practice is likely to deter criminal behavior or have no impact on criminal behavior — from the perspective of your chosen criminological theory. Draw upon specific, detailed theoretical concepts when explaining the likely impact of the criminal justice policy/practice.
