3. Insert rationale behind initial goal (written week 3)
4. Identify at least one resource (research journal article, book, resource professional, or other) that contributed to self-care SMART goal achievement. ( I downloaded a fitness tracker that I tracked my meals/water/ exercise will provide and example )
5. Documented self-care SMART goal progress or change (one paragraph each 5-7 sentences) from weeks 5, 7, 9, 11, 13
6. Did you meet your goal? If yes, how did you meet your goal? ( My goal was partial met I lost 10 pounds over the coarse of time )
7. Was your SMART goal too simple or too ambitious at the outset? Or just, right? Validate your response with examples of why/why not?
8. What challenges or obstacles did you encounter with your self-care plan?
9. Given your lived experience with this self-care SMART goal assignment and for future self-care, draft a new self-care SMART goal. This may be related to your original smart goal, or it may be a new goal altogether.
