This paper is for a project in microbiology lab in which we were given an unidentified bacterial species and had to perform a series of tests to identify it. I will attach the rubric, an example from my IA, and my pictures from my tests. My species was identified as Staphylococcus Epidermidis. The images include the gram-stained slide, the working and master plates, the catalase test which is positive, the msa test which is negative, and finally the glucose fermentation test which is positive.
