Often, there is a certain place for complaints. They may be under meeting information, agenda, meeting minutes, or something similar. Read over a few different complaints. Then:
Post the website for your state.
What are your reactions?
What did you learn?
What types of complaints did you see?
What types of remediation/outcomes did you see?
What will you do differently than the licensed counselors in these situations to help avoid such concerns and consequences?
