These studies MUST study your suggested intervention and MUST demonstrate the positive patient outcome that you have identified to build support for your proposed practice change (your intervention). The studies should be primary sources within the last 5 years. Complete the template attached to the Assignment Box below. Upload the template as a Word document along with a pdf file of each study to the Assignment Box.
