Final Conclusions
Part One: There is no new information to gather for this week’s Memo. Information from Week 1 through Week 7 should have been pulled through to your Week 8 pre-populated tab. Take time to reflect, interpret, and analyze everything in your Week 8 tab in your MS Excel spreadsheet.
Part Two: In a memo to the Chief Executive Officer, answer the following final conclusions and recommendations, which are pre-loaded in your Memo Template:
Based on all the data you gathered and other information available to you, which metrics/area would you focus on to improve the performance of your chosen company and its closest competitor?
Based on your review of all the data you gathered and information available to you, which company has more risk? What is the risk?
If there was a merger or acquisition (i.e., merge together or they acquire other companies), which company is the most likely to merge with the other company or acquire other competitors?
Finally, which company is the “better run company?
My company is Apple INC. I will attach the memo template and the excel spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is missing week 7 because I haven’t done it yet.
