Pitch a Multi-Faceted Solution to a Health Issue
Choose a health issue and design a proposal aimed at alleviating the burden associated with this health problem. This issue could be a disease, a habit such as smoking, or a societal problem such as obtaining clean water in a community. Your proposal should include pieces from all three circles of the course model (below) and recall what you learned earlier this term about systems thinking. Consider the economic costs to your proposal, the cultural and ethical implications of the work you will do, and the scientific or public health tools needed to make change in the realm you choose. Other things to consider are an ethical framework of your proposal, the sustainability of your project, and how to measure the impact of what you propose.
