As an ASDG consultant, you have begun to recognize that perhaps some of the leaders at Highpoint Barnie are a bit giddy about this upcoming opportunity and haven’t taken into consideration some of the challenges ahead. To that end, you are to prepare a PowerPoint presentation to address the issue of cost management as it relates to this project. In this presentation, we would like you to not only define the importance of cost management and its working elements, but to also address it as it relates to this particular initiative.
