You work as a consultant for a risk management firm. Your manager has assigned you to visit a local retail business that serves food and beverages. It might be a coffee shop, a bar, a restaurant, or another similar establishment. Go to the local business and observe the environment.

Identify at least three ways in which you believe employees or customers are exposed to potential harm.
For each example, estimate what you believe is both the likelihood and the potential severity of the harm.
Identify how you believe the business should protect itself with respect to each example.
After making your observations and notes, interview the supervisor or manager on duty. Explain your findings to them. What was the person’s response? What did you think about their response?
Your report should be at least 500 words and submitted as a Microsoft Word document in size 12 Times New Roman font. While approximate word counts are suggested, your focus should be on thoroughly addressing the assignment requirements rather than meeting a specific word count.
You must use content from PPT to support the report to your Manager. Be sure to include in-text citations and a Reference list in APA format.
