Picture This: You land a great job in a fabulous hospital that has just built a state-of-the-art teaching area.  You are given the task to develop a PowerPoint presentation to educate new medical professionals.  This presentation will focus on the main themes surrounding physical, cognitive, and social development, as well as environmental risks that occur throughout various stages of life.  You will explain and provide examples of the theories associated with each stage of life. The goal of the presentation is to provide context and understanding to the individuals who will be working with patients.
Stage 1 – The First 24 Months:  
1.      Highlight Physical Development

3.      Highlight Social Development

To submit your final presentation, title your file ” Final Lifespan Course Presentation- (your last name).”
·         Your presentation must include a title slide with the title of your presentation, your name, the course name.
·         Minimum of 1 slide per highlighted area of development. (Min 4 content slides per stage)
·         You should include graphics. Use the note section to add text, citations, and explanations.
·         Your presentation should have a Reference slide (the last slide should be an APA reference list).
·         Your presentation should have a minimum of 5 references and your slides.

●       The slides will require notes (for explanations and citations).  
o   If using Microsoft PPT, you need to save the file with notes.
o   Open your PowerPoint presentation.
o   Click “File,” then “Print.”
o   Go to the “Show Details” section.
o   Choose “Notes” from the “Layout” dropdown.
o   Choose “Save as PDF” from the “PDF” dropdown and click “Save.”
●       If using Google Slides, you will need to save the file with notes.
o   Open your PowerPoint presentation.
o   Click “File,” then “Print.”
o   Go to the “Show Details” section.
o   Choose “Notes” from the “Layout” dropdown.
o   Choose “Save as PDF” from the “PDF” dropdown, and click “Save.”
