Can I get feedback or any comments on this Photo editing detection software concept? Thank you so much! Any opinions are appreciated. PhotoCheck is an extension that can be installed on any device and automatically flags when the AI software detects Photoshop or any other form of visual manipulation. PhotoCheck could scan websites for possible deceptive photos or alert the user of false implications. PhotoCheck would ideally be effective in combating deceptive news outlets, propaganda in all forms, malicious deepfake content, misleading advertising, and allowing its users to understand how the content in question is being corrupted. PhotoCheck would reveal in real-time how much of the media we consume remains untouched/unrefined. A more concrete example of how this tool would be used: PhotoCheck could be downloaded on a smartphone and would automatically flag if pictures on a social media platform were edited.
