3. Measure the item, in inches and list the rounded values for each item separately. Proper units must be included.

a. Note: When measuring use quarter, half, and three-quarter inches only. For example, 3.25 in, 3.5 in, 3.75 in, or 4 in. Round to the appropriate amount: .25, .5, .75 based on your values. It will not be all whole numbers. You must show your ruler measurements in your pictures.

7. Use the conversion on page 618 Table 9.10 in the eText to convert your answer from part 6 to weight in grams.

8. Compare your result from number 7 above to the weight given on the item you chose (in the picture). They may or may not be close in value (there may be a big discrepancy between your calculations and the item. Provide a minimum of seven sentences in response, they should reflect on the project, specifically why there is a difference (if there was) between your calculations in step 7 and the given weight in grams of the item. Your response should be specific to your project and your results, points will be taken off for generic responses or responses that are not reflective of your project specifically. You will want to pay close attention to the conversions you are being asked to use for consistency in this project, this may be helpful in this reflection. (3 points)
Your work does not need to be typed, however must be organized, and written clearly to be reviewed easily.
