The feed back I received was good I think After reviewing the Leadership Circle Self-Assessment Outcomes, I realized that most of my expectations were met. However, I was surprised that I scored low on some competencies that I thought would be leading. The assessment was a reaffirmation because it validated some of the features I thought I had, especially my strengths like leadership effectiveness, where I scored as high as 5 points. Throughout my personal and career life, I have invested in improving my leadership skills.

2. With their guidance, identify one (1) theme related to your leadership competencies and one (1) theme related to leadership reactive tendencies for each team member.
3. The assessment outcomes showed that I scored 4.77 in relating, 4.62 in systems awareness, and 4.50 in achieving. This was according to what I expected from the assessment outcomes. In my professional and personal life, I am highly interested in interactions, developing healthy relationships, exploring various systems, and showing successful results in what I do. These competencies have significantly improved my leadership model. For example, I use system awareness to understand various systems and use that knowledge to make informed decisions (Head, 2022).

5. From the different reactive tendencies, I was keen to note the outcomes for controlling and protecting dimensions. I score 13% in controlling and 5% in protecting. These were low scores, and they were according to my exceptions, especially after hearing most of my friends comment on my ability to control and protect. In my interactions with colleagues and peers, I always try to employ strategies that encourage diversity, inclusion, empowerment, and self-confidence. As a result, I exclude myself from being involved in protective or micromanagement approaches.
