Space for the new hire name the trainer that trained them that day. it should have categories for areas of training, as the trainer goes over those areas it should be checked off as completed for that day (could come across it any point from day 1 – day 10)so would have to have the sheet designed so that the task/topic could be checked off on any day. Should have about 10 categories of training – Phone system/ Resources/ new patient registration/ medication refill/ telephone encounter/ pharmacy change/ making patient appointment/ referral request. Each category has to be completed by day 7. should have an area to mark if the new hire talked to patients on the phone that day and if so how many, should have an area for if the new hire typed in the software that day and if so for how many calls did the do the typing? should have a free type area for the trainer to type what areas the new hire struggled and what areas the new hire did well. should be made with the plan of about 10 new hires coming on.
