Watch the PBS episode 10 Buildings that Changed America, which showcases several works we’ve learned about this term in our text and lectures. Choose one building to discuss, and explain why you picked it (this should be in first person). Then, go on to reference specific information presented in the video (include at least two quotes, with the timestamp). In addition to describing the architecture and how the building relates to course themes, find one example of a local structure (here in Portland, Oregon or the surrounding area) that demonstrates the influence of your chosen building, and explain the connection.
