Today, HR has reordered that focus and included the HR best practices that generate profit through increased productivity and revenue.

Feedback on Discussions
First, many thanks for lots of good engagement on the discussion boards. Much appreciated. 
Second, as I reflect on the Week 1 and Week 2 discussions, I have some feedback that will help you. 
1. Remember, discussions are not quizzes. It’s not about providing simple, short answers. Instead, aim for analysis in your responses. This will encourage critical thinking and lead to more meaningful contributions.
2. Discussions are topics of interest. Each discussion covers a topic of interest to the practice of HR. Your unique perspectives and insights are what make these discussions valuable. 
3. Go beyond the obvious. It is easy to post a discussion that mentions two or three obvious things. Unfortunately, we do not learn much from those obvious things. We are interested in what is not so obvious. That means you have to dig and go beyond what is easy to find or deduce. 
4. Share some insights. When you go beyond the obvious, it is more likely that you will be able to develop some insights about the topic that are much more interesting than repeating obvious information. 
5. Make a human connection. Rather than just listing information, when you do some assessment and analysis about the topic, you can help the reader understand why the topic is important and why they should care. 
Of course, it goes without saying that sources and evidence in the form of citations and references must be used. It also goes without saying that discussions should be well organized should be written in a professional manner that makes them clear and understandable to the reader.
