Purpose
Part 1: Hyper-V is the cornerstone of Windows’ ability to manage virtual machines in a virtual environment using Windows Server operating systems. Hyper-V allows us to create, edit, and delete virtual machines, including their settings and related disk drives. Knowing how to install Hyper-V and manage virtual machines is necessary for any Windows administrator to be successful today.
Part 2: Hyper-V and virtual machines can be the cornerstone of virtual desktops and servers deployed across a large organization but neither is possible without virtual networking and virtual storage available in Hyper-V.
