STEP 2: Read CH02 and CH08 of Maxwell’s The 17 Essential Qualities of a Team Player (required supplemental book for BUS-137).

Project Assignment:
For paragraph 1, summarize in 3-5 sentences (and in your own words), Maxwell’s concept of “Collaborative.” If you use some of his words, put them in quotation marks (always use proper citations).
For paragraph 2, summarize in 3-5 sentences (and in your own words), Maxwell’s concept of “Enlarging.” If you use some of his words, put them in quotation marks (always use proper citations).
For EACH stage of team development (one paragraph for each stage), describe the importance of collaborating and enlarging. As you discuss each stage of team development (in its own paragraph/section), explain how the concepts for collaboration and enlarging relate to EACH of the 5 stages. Whether your response is “yes” or “no”, provide an explanation. Is there one stage where collaborating and/or enlarging is most important? Least important? Why or why not? Answer for both at EACH stage.
