For this activity, you will write a 1 page paper describing the ways
in which YOUR company (use your company from discussion post 1) will utilize logistics to help promote aspects of the “informal economy” (i.e. job creation/growth, salaries/wages or economic benefits to the local and/or surrounding communities).
Your Article Analysis must be submitted in a Word document. You need to have detail and quality content on the topic. Make sure you have at least three paragraphs with 3-4 sentences or more and use citations MLA/APA style for any references. List your references at the end of your posts. You may use your textbook as one of your references, but it cannot be the only reference. Please proofread for spelling, grammar, and sentence structure. Use at least 2 scholarly sources to answer the following questions as you compose your paper:
How might the current economic situation with the job market, wage
rate, or other economic factor impact your organization in a positive or
negative sense?
Will current economic conditions impact the ways in which you will
transform your initial operations to reach the overall operation management
plan goal? For example, will economic conditions require you to change your
source of supply? The criteria you desire for hiring employees? Or even the
market you intend to serve?
