Part of the strategic planning process is defining the organizational mission, vision, values, and goals established in the strategic HR plan. For this assignment, identify your current organization’s mission, vision, and values (500-word minimum). Do they align with the organization’s goals? How will the mission, vision, and goals help drive and influence the workforce that the organization hopes to create?
