This two part project has the following required components
1. Integration of Business Concepts with an assessment of the team’s strategy throughout the semester and its’ outcomes.
a. Highlights of the team’s marketing plan(s) over the course of the semester
b. A discussion of the evolving nature of the marketing mix components and their impact on outcomes over the six reporting periods
c. A discussion and comparison of the team’s performance objectives with its’ actual performance
2. Critically analyze the company in a broader, strategic context with an emphasis on external environmental variables
a. A discussion with illustrations of the team’s performance relative to its’ competitors (other teams)
b. A discussion of the key success factors in the MarketShare environment. This will include important “take-aways” from the simulation experience
c. A defense of how the company is positioned for the future and what the team’s strategy might be in the future.
