You will interview a “client” at the Simulation Center on April 4 Your interview will be viewedand critiqued by a classmate (peer reviewer) as well as video recorded for your viewing afteryour interview.The peer reviewer who watched your interview will critique your interviewing skills using thePeer Review Rubric. The peer reviewer will provide you with the completed Peer Review Rubricafter your interview.This Simulation Center visit will also include instructor assessment of your interviewingskills using the Simulation Center 3 Rubric.Following your interview, you are to write a 4-to-5-page Simulation Center Reflection Paper thatincludes the following:1. Critique your interviewing skills according to concepts and skills from class. What didyou do well? What are areas for improvement? Please provide specific examples fromyour interview.2. Discuss in what ways this interview experience was different than your first two SimCenter experiences. Include discussion of your thoughts and feelings as you prepared forand participated in this interview.3. Discuss your perception of how your interviewing skills have improved over the courseof the semester.4. Discuss three specific practices that you will engage in to continue to improve yourinterview skills.5. Attach the Peer Review Rubric you received from your peer reviewer
