Prompt: Case managers frequently present their cases to either supervisors or to a team for support, collaboration, and feedback. Consider how some of the barriers to understanding highlighted in Chapter 20 (which is not an exhaustive list of barriers) would impact on developing a service plan for a client and how you might navigate this situation.
