For this assignment I conducted fieldwork research: I interviewed two elementary school teachers, Teacher A is a general education Kindergarten teacher and she currently has 20 students in her classroom. 1 student has an IEP and 1 student is in the process of getting an IEP implemented. Teacher A has been teaching in the New York state public education system for 15 years and has been at her current elementary school for the last 8 years. She teaches reading, writing and language arts. Teacher A has 1 part-time para educator in her classroom to assist with classroom management.
This paper must include findings from my feildnotes, Literature review, final analysis, discussion and comparisson and contrast between my findings and the findings in peer reviewed, finally ending with a conclusion.
