Therefore, it is important to choose a relevant topic early in the course to allow sufficient time to
spread this work over the next six weeks. You must choose a topic relevant to the study of
leading and managing teams, relating to concepts presented in this course. You will spend
several weeks working on the Literature Review Paper, so you are encouraged to take some time
to consider something that sparks your interest and may be applicable to your current or desired
career field.
INSTRUCTIONS

2. A 1–2-page rationale for the relevance of your topic, directly addressing concepts relative
