The video will be made using a video recording program you are familiar with. It could be a camera on your phone or computer.
1) Choose and research a local public safety agency.
You will act as if you are a media reporter on a local television outlet providing the public with information on the public safety agency you chose. For those students who maybe camera shy, you may narrate your information and submit that in a PowerPoint. Please remember to use some graphics in your video to enhance the interests in the information. Have some fun with this.

C.O. 2. Describe the public safety agency you chose and their responsibilities. Why did you choose to research this agency? What interests you about the agency?
C.O. 3. Evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of the agency you chose. Have there been recent improvements to efficiency and effectiveness? Are there improvements that still need to be made?
C.O. 4. Explain the societal impacts of funding on the public safety organization you chose.
