Successfully Leading an Organization
This week you were introduced to management and basic functions of management. Now for this discussion, the focus will be on leadership. Those who are responsible for leading an organization must possess certain qualities and characteristics that will ensure it is successful. Provide a list of what you believe are the most essential qualities necessary to successfully lead an organization. Based upon the list you developed, can someone successfully lead if they do not possess all of these skills? Why or why not? If someone does not possess all of these skills, how can those skills be developed?
