You are the newly hired HR Project Coordinator – International. You are new to the organization – just got hired because you interviewed very well and sold yourself on being able to accept new and diverse experiences creating people-focused strategy plans.
The assignment is to open a new office and to hire staff in the office within the next 4 months. You have got to get acclimated to the new country before you begin hiring the team.
