Strategic planning is the process that involves setting goals, and determining the actions to achieve those goals. Its important to know how to set and how to execute such plant. Some of the way we can use are the following analysis such as, SMART goals, and the SWOT analysis. As a reminder SMART goals stands for specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time bound. This framework helps create clear, focused and practical goals. The SWAT analysis stands for strategies, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. This allows for the company to analyze what the company is doing great now and how to devise a successful strategy for the future. When changes are being planned its important to keep and provide progress and providing a formal process in place to review and approve changes. Providing clear and concise communication is a crucial part. The company or organization should encourage a two way communication and allow for information to be transmitted from higher leaders to frontline employees.

This can be accomplished by setting clear objectives and developing a detailed plan to control the changes that will be formed. After the goals and a road map are developed, continuous monitoring is needed to make sure that the changes made by the company advance the goals laid out in strategic planning.
