Provide a robust analysis of the 2 HR opportunities supported with academic and industry research. Opportunities should stem from the SWOT analysis and theory that would resolve the HR problem. At the end of the section use the decision matrix and go into the recommended opportunity for the organization.
Analysis should include why this is important to the organization, and what is the cost of not addressing the opportunity in addition to a full analysis of the opportunities.
End this section with a recommendation as to which opportunity is to be addressed and why using a decision matrix. (1 paragraph).
