Minimum Five Open-ended Questions should cover the following five areas for FT Faculty:

Students will then interview a FT academic leader such as a department chair, division director, or a dean – not an academic administrator from the larger institution such as a provost or VP of Academic Affairs. After a brief summary of the individual’s academic credentials & higher education experience (perhaps include the academic leader’s own website url, if available), ask the following:

4. Assessment and evidence of student learning outcomes;
5. Implementing institutional policies such as academic integrity; admission criteria & decisions; department and university-wide committees; tenure and rank/promotion; search committees; annual budget, etc.
