You are completing an application for a management position in your field. The application asks you to respond to 1 of these prompts in detail:
1: Describe a time when your responsibilities became overwhelming. Explain what you did to get back on track. How will you prevent getting overloaded in the future? Show how this situation helped you grow as a person.
2: Write about a time when a project or situation at work did not go as expected, and what steps you took to get it back on track. Explain what you did well in this situation. Describe what you could have done differently. Then show how this experience has helped prepare you for a management position.
3: Describe a time when you took initiative without being asked. Describe the project or situation, and why you chose to act without guidance. What were the results? What does this situation show about your leadership style?
