1) CR article #37 introduces Takagi Kenmyō, a Buddhist priest, as “hero and martyr,” terms that usually appear in a political context rather than a religious one. Define the “social imperative” that Takagi Kenmyō found in the Shin Buddhist teachings that led him to his social activism.  
2) Switching to the religious context, compare and contrast Takagi’s notion of what his sect needed to do to grow stronger with the notion held by Kiyozawa Manshi.
