History 1301 Final Essay Assignment
Select one of the movements from the list below and write an 3-5 page essay that includes the following information (350 words = 1 page – unfortunately many students fudge on margins, font type, bolding etc and/or think one line on a page = a full page which is not true – so a word count must be used). In general – minimum word count to get graded is 1050 and really needs to be in the 1550 – or more words (body of the paper) to get a decent grade.
Please remember that paraphrased information needs to be cited and long block quotes do NOT count in the word count (they are not your words). You can find these documents under “Textbook Resource Site” and then “Documents”. You may find additional items to assist you in the US document file.
