In addition to Kotter’s 8 Steps, there are a number of other models in our readings and in contemporary organizational practice. Bridges’ 4Ps model is an effective way to think about communicating change. Purpose, Picture, Plan, and Part may be used to reinforce the individual and organizational importance of change. How have you seen these used in your careers? Do you agree with these as effective? Will you use them in the future? Please review the requirements for discussion boards as explained in the syllabus.
