Design a math lesson that allows students to access and engage with the content at different levels of readiness, interest, and learning styles. Your lesson should be completed in the CMSV lesson plan template and reference the NYS Next Generation Learning Standards.
Write a 1-page document describing the choices you made for differentiating instruction. Explain how you used the assessment data to craft and personalize your lesson to meet the students’ needs and address their misconceptions.
After the lesson, you will engage your student in another round of formative assessment.
Describe what the student has learned during this lesson as evidenced by the results of the assessment, and describe what additional strategies you might use if you need to reteach elements of the lesson.
LESSON PLAN IS BASED ON FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT THAT WAS DONE PREVIOUSLY. SEE ATTACHED
