Assignment 1 – discussion(250 words)
This case study ends by asking, ‘What should James do?’ Which of the 12 principles (you can address 1-2 principles in your discussion) from this module would you recommend James Reid first implement to start getting this business/team back on track (i.e. to reduce/eliminate conflict between departments, correct the unwillingness to share information, address the organizational culture problems, promote teamwork and collaboration, help people feel motivated and want to come to work, etc.)? Why? There are a lot of issues that could be addressed from previous modules, but please stay focused on this module (Encourage the Heart) and the principles from this module.
